The Hrishipara Diarists grew more optimistic in January with far more saying it was better than the previous month than last time. Still, reports of income declines outnumbered increases. See more at www.hrishiparadiaries.com/home/corona-...

More Hrishipara Diarists thought November 2025 was better than October, but by a small margin. Health was a major factor and you can see more about that at www.hrishiparadiaries.com/home/corona-...

Durga Puja, the favourite festival of Bengali Hindus, fell in October, and was enjoyed. That made the difference for an otherwise lacklustre month for the Hrishipara Diarists. More at www.hrishiparadiaries.com/home/corona-...

September saw Durga Puja, Bengali Hindus' main festival. The Hindus among the Hrishipara Diarists enjoyed it as the chart shows. Income and health featured much less strongly than they usually do. See more at www.hrishiparadailydiaries.com/home/corona-virus

The Hrishipara Diarists reported their gloomiest month-on-month assessment (of July versus June) since the political disturbances of a year ago. It was aggravated by many reports of ill health. More at www.hrishiparadiaries.com/home/corona-...

The Hrishipara Diarists found March much better than February. For one thing, Ramadan fell in that time, and several people were pleased to be able to fast properly. Income also improved. More at sites.google.com/site/hriship...

The Hrishipara Diarists have recovered, somewhat, from the Dengue outbreak reported last month, with a quarter of all Diarists reporting improving health. It was not a good month, though, for income. See more at sites.google.com/site/hriship... #financialinclusion #covid19 #poverty

The Hrishipara Diarists reported an unusually high incidence of illness - even of death among family members - in their latest 'month on month' survey. We are looking at whether this is a peculiar or a local or even national trend. See more at sites.google.com/site/hriship...
