day 5: tension in which ex best friends have a fine and normal road trip passing through tailfeather and don't need to talk about anything!!! #elftober2026

in tailfeather, the warrior of light (niko, a dark haired elezen woman in red mage gear) makes an annoyed look at her side. her head isn't turned enough for him to see it, but she is absolutely annoyed at estinien. meanwhile, estinien has a hand to his face just under his helmet and is pretending to pick a booger so it doesn't look like he's emotional.

in the background, sanson is at his fucking limit as guydelot blows him a kiss

a wide shot showing three pairs, the two in the last picture in addition to ysayle and alphinaus. ysayle is losing her fucking mind at the postmoogle while alphinaud asks if she's really never seen one before

day 4: shipwreck yeah i know i'm doing a lot of challenges this semester. don't ask me what my homework schedule looks like. anyways here's some emmsic whump for any who are looking for it! archiveofourown.org/works/93967396 #whumptober2026

a snippet from the linked fic. it reads:

“What’re yer demands?” Sicard asks. He regrets offering it, but surely Emm has worked out some insurance. “We have valuable cargo. No one has to get hurt here.”

He is laughed at in the face for his efforts. The other captain tilts his chin up with a finger so they are face to face. “This isn't a negotiation, Spence. I don't know how many times I need to say it: we're real pirates.”

day 4: secrets emmie brings the partner (in business only of course haha 😅) to ishgard to meet the brother #elftober2026

in the foyer of fortemps manor, sicard and emmie have just walked through the doors. emmie is looking very cute and asking an annoyed looking sicard to pretty please behave!!! meanwhile, they do not seem to have noticed artoirel walking up to them

artoirel speaks to make himself known. emmie is taken aback. sicard is unimpressed.

day 3: nostalgia #niko and y'shtola knew each other before the exodus, when niko's dad would bring her family to the hinterlands. they still love the feeling of the hinterlands at night #elftober2026

a shot from about 22 years ago. a young niko (the warrior of light) and y'shtola are sitting in the hinterlands with one of those big sharlayan gates in the distance

around 3.4, an older niko and y'shtola rest on the same hill. both of their eyes are closed, listening to wind through the grass

another angle, showing the alexander bubble in the background

ren!!! @strwpup.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

day 2: wonder with isolationist policies being rolled back, the circus can come to Ishgard! some people are happier about this development than others #elftober2026

within the firmament, there is an elephant. this image is taken from the space in between the side of its face and the wide tusk. jannequinard and stephanivien are absolutely delighted with a /wow emote! artoirel, standing just behind them, has his arms crossed as he thinks about the costs necessary to replace any tiling this massive creature breaks

ren!!! @strwpup.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

day 1: solitude i think all the time about artoirel going to azys lla alone in the endwalker role quests. the end of the world can be so lonely #elftober2026

a shot at the ishgardian airship landing. artoirel is in his full armor complete with house fortemps shield. he is separated in the foreground from everything else from by a growing shadow. on the other side of it, there are two sets of barely visible figures, one set on each pier out. on the left is aymeric and the warrior of light, who are off to hunt down fafnir while artoirel researches ascalon. on the right is steph and emmanellain, who are out in garlemald. steph is the only one looking back at artoirel

i couldn't decide which one i like better, so this one is mostly just a slightly different angle that also shows fully visible versions of the people on the piers

on the upper levels of the leveilleur estate, miladeen excitedly shows off her newest project!!! a mammet shaped like fourchenault. ameliance claps with delight. celia watches on with a pleasant smile

a slightly different angle, showing fourchenault on the way up the stairs only to be taken aback by this scene

day 30: vestige in which i end things this month with a guy that loves endings, funny daniel. except this time he targeted the other rich kid with a red and white color scheme archiveofourown.org/works/93673286 #FFxivwrite2026

a snippet from the linked fic. it reads:

Atop the Royal Menagerie, Fandaniel first comes face-to-face with the scions. The bets are off from the first moment they see his borrowed face.

The boy in blue is halted mid-run by a hand on his shoulder from their resident gunbreaker. The twin whispers something to the man, then approaches slowly, both hands in the air.

“Is something the matter?” Fandaniel asks with a smile. “Is there something in my teeth?”

“Please… please give her back.”

day 2: a realm reborn / challenge there is some more problems at the ol' longstop, but luckily, celebrity Brayflox Alltalks has been talking with some friends in the area! here paparazzi has captured her enlisting help from fellow queer maid, supposedly named Tsubame 📸 #xivwomenweek

a shot from a low angle that shows brayflox and tsubame in the storeroom of the ninja guild's hideout in eastern la noscea. tsubame is in casual clothes, but she is signaling that she's ready to fight

from a higher angle, we can see that brayflox is carrying a knife. is it possible that she is learning from these sneaky savants?!

here are some gposes of mi princessa

a gpose upon the frozen over unmoored island. cisone, the warrior of light, a purple haired miqo'te in light blue, looks towards the camera in something like thought. the sigil of azem denoting the portal hovers over her head. estinien stands guarding a shocked alphinaud and emmie, who has just fallen on the ground

a shot of the light party preparing to battle (with cisone now in a red dark knight glam. emmie has a coat on this time that clashes with the rest of the fit, but she is holding chakrams nonetheless

emmie and alphinaud chatting in a little corner of the island. emmie is clearly nervous

emmie with her eyes closed, letting the wind cross over her. a minion version of midgardsormr is perched on her bun. a gaelicat in a winter coat is also there
