Description: it's OC-tober, the perfect excuse to spend the whole month drawing your

Dropping any IP that grabbed more than a thousand comments in a minute worked pretty well for us (both with modules in nginx/httpd and with fail2ban for performance reasons), increasing punishment periods for repeats worked when just blackholing didn't. Considered tarpits but didn't get that far yet
