Presenting the first clip in our series from last month’s District 3 Town Hall with Councimember Whitmer! Chloe Lauer from the bike coalition asked about bringing bikeshare back to San Diego. SD is one of two large US cities w/o a bikeshare system. The Bikeshare Alliance is working to change that.
