You should be asking why Rockstar gets to do this and doesn't run into any issues with payment processors, while the rest of anyone drawing or writing "explicit content" on any platform have so much trouble getting paid

Outside of that I just need to find a cable and do a new paint coat and I'm done. I'll start doing Soundwave after getting more pieces for Christmas

While making my Bishoujo Shockwave custom I damaged the hip piece irreparably so I'm gonna make a paper mache skirt to hide it. The plan was to go with a more sci-fi leotard look compared to the Earth-mode designs, but maybe a narrow straight-lined pencil could work even if I loose posability

Third idea for the AU episode: Megatron somehow gets turned into a cute tiny creature It seems like a crack funny episode at first but it takes place after the Autobot split so one of those who stayed with Optimus is against him keeping it safe and betrays him calling out the others to kill it.

I think it would be interesting to flesh out and expand upon some of the original G1 bios after newer media radically changed many of those characters. But I'd also have to accept a more faithful take on Tailgate would unironically date a chatbot.

#valveplug Orion top to Optimus bottom pipeline. His hip motors ain't thrusting like they used to after the war wounds so he finds it easier to be a full-time pillow princess

- War happens before Optimus can officially get a license, blame getting chosen by the Matrix - Soundwave Yandere-fication - Op never lost his ideals but mellows out enough for old footage to become a scandal within the Autobots leading to a split (also the kissing his nemesis thing)

010

Starscream's gestation chamber @streamingheart.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

So to recap how the AU's going: - PaxD meet studying medicine, taking various jobs to earn the credits and falling in love over revolutionary ideals - At one point Orion works in the archives with Soundwave - Dee gives up and sells out to become a literal propaganda weapon. They break up over this

But the reality is that he was just lucky he didn't die in the arena like most of his fellow gladiators. Also he's been earning royalties for thousands of years right now and way richer than whatever jobs his ex has been taking up

He might preach about his suffering through the functionist system but then he'll insist anyone can "rise up" like him if they just do what they're made to do, in his case being a weapon and giving the public the violence they crave.

110

Starscream's gestation chamber @streamingheart.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Honestly I don't get to complain since I'm thinking about doing it on an AU but with a pretty big twist with the idea of gladiators being on the level of sport stars in terms of fame. I just wanna explore how celebrities always end up turning reactionary.

Thinking about that post about Orion having worked in both blue and white collar jobs across continuities but Megatron/Megatronus/D-16 having only been either gladiator and/or miner... Even at his IDW2 Trump-quoting pro-colonialist era, he's always lower class bc classism...

Now that's been like a week I can be annoying about the sparkflowers in fanart. They're said to require MULTIPLE dead bots to bloom, not to say how that many of them implied mass warcrimes, so a single petal should've been better iconography for Cullen tributes (or two if we remembered Ironhide)
