some further thoughts. i'm not a minmaxxer by any stretch, but i am just kind of astounded at both how stringent some of the requirements are across all routes, and how vague some of the support-related stuff is.

discord screenshot of what i want regarding fw changes, which states

i think what i'd want in a patch outside of new story content

- clarity in what unlocks support convos
- not having to clear a route for supports to carry to further parts when we know the save universally anyway
- lower recruitment support reqs to a max of 2

and perhaps more consistency for map spawns that are rng based for recruitments, like giants and sandworms

a second discord screenshot with my thoughts about what i'd like in a fw patch that reads

support boost karma shard would be good, i think also we need... karma shards to not be a fully finite resource
since you're gonna want them for merges if you replay and shit

nothing like some random delivery service dropping this off at 9pm unceremoniously... the last PS5 game I will buy (I paid for it before Sony announced their fuckery) totally didn't even realize the ova was included because I just did not even check the inclusions 😂

oh, this gets dumber. on my phone or the desktop app, it doesn't even give me the option and just says i can't view age restricted content but if i use my browsers, it classifies my account as an adult and lets me go into those channels again. ok, sure. absolutely functional ass implementation

"test voice lines" is so funny because - they were dubbed - there is a bunch of other text that supported the idea of this romance, including alternate slink events, dungeon dialogue and whatnot for reversal/breaks anyway, hi, i'm overseas players who found this stuff in 2011 lmaooo

36. a time called you i still really love this drama, so it was fun to rewatch because i both forgot a bunch of the details AND how similar its ending is to a Very Particular Game i have spent too much time with. i love how all the pieces come together, it's SUCH a cohesive story

35. over requiemz an absolute masterclass otome. despite some VERY minor issues, i am astounded at how much i liked every main character and practically everything within the routes. that rarely happens, and it's a testament to quality of the game. please look forward to my full review!!

regret to inform everyone that with one route left to go, noil is taking the prize of "blindsiding me and screaming into my hands for three years" though kaize is most definitely not far behind. the route ranking feels wild here though because i love everyone so much. one route left to go...

I feel it is important to note that because he's supposed to be the corwardly lion equivalent, not only does noil's hair tend to have that cat ear look, but his bloodied sprite makes the scrapes and bleeding look like whiskers 🥰 that is (one of) my man's right there!!
