I've no idea what this is from. I'm guessing they really wanted him sat on the chair - not sprawled on it. The chair was far too short so they just went "scale the leg bones (as in animation object) so it fits" Alternative would be to scale the chair... He'd fit but look TINY - idk which is funnier
