Whenever I tell my kids we are having burgers, they ask “Sous vide?” Biggest problem is they have been ruined and have had to learn to be polite when at a friends house “whose dad makes the best burgers”.

Used Cars (1980) Watch it at least every 4th of July because it is pure distilled America. What makes America wonderful, awful, hopeful, crude, racist and inclusive, all wrapped in two hours. And we owned it on VHS when I was a kid and bare tits. So, yeah, I bet I have watched it more than anyone.

A few years ago, when it got down to around -10º and the governor was warning of power outages not because of ice, but from the cold, we did lose power. Had blankets on the windows and the Big Buddy. Never dropped below 68º on our first floor.
