Just a very quick thought. Now we know for sure Episode IX ISN'T the end of the Skywalker Saga and that we're lucky enough to be getting Episode X - this makes the absolute greatness of The Rise Of Skywalker even more palpable. It's in no way a "bad end" because it's an amazing end to an episode. 🖖

Things I hope for Episode X. Rey, Grogu, Finn and Poe. Maybe Ben if The Hunt For Ben Solo concept has been interwoven by Kinberg into the trilogy. Mainly Rey and Grogu though. They hold the future of any Jedi Religion in their hands. They're going to rebuild it in a beautiful NEW way. Your thoughts?

This is it friends. Multiple Hollywood news sources are reporting this story today. It's FINALLY happening. I hope we get a May 2028 release continuing a new trend set with The Mandalorian & Grogu & Starfighter. Should they call it Episode X: New Jedi Order? I don't know but definitely Episode X. 🌞

If Ben had shut his mouth at "join me" in Snoke's red room Rey probably could have brought him home. He tells her she's still holding on but it's him that is still holding on to his guilt & self hatred. Ben Solo and Rey Skywalker are the greatest multilayered pair of characters in all of Star Wars.

When Finn tells Han the caper is about a map to Luke his expression is intriguing. The opposite of what the Menace assumed. Rey says she thought he was a myth & Han brings the devastation with his coldest line reading. My favourite by Harrison Ford in any Star Wars. "I knew Luke yeah. I knew him."

When we first meet Rey in Ep VII she doesn't really talk unless she has to. That changes when she decides to intervene and help BB8. He's being mistreated. This is for children. It tells them, it's fine if you don't want to talk, but think about how we care for each other. Big lessons in every beat.
