🥹 guess who woke up to a little orange No1 bestseller banner today? (Celebrating the small wins, guys - it’s not a big category, but it’s still something!)

Screenshot showing MANEATER (my novel written under the pseudonym Ellie Graves) has reached #1 bestseller status in Slasher Horror in the Uk Kindle charts.

As a fellow 1977 baby, going feral down the woods perfectly sums it up. Our only interaction with Thatcherism was the sheer trauma of the school milk snatcher. The rest of the decade was just twigs, He Man, and unstructured outdoor chaos!

Video: How 'The Making of Tomb Raider: 1997-2000' Began

From deciding that it'd be a follow-up to the 2021 book, to the front cover.

Walking through Central Birmingham and there is a man playing AI generated religious reggae over a speaker... and there is something so deeply dystopic about hearing a pitchperfect robot skinwalker croon about how I need Jesus.

This was rather difficult, but I’d say these were / are my faves. I’d also add ACNH if I could!

It's definitely a tough one to choose only 9 games! My comfort game LTTP and it's a piece of my heart since I was 16 in 1992 it still the best 2D Zelda ever made! 🎉

Fair dos. The older Zelda games didn't have this it's more the recent ones like BOTW and TOTK! And likely teg remake of ocarina of time! 👍🏻

Yes resident evil code Veronica which was on the PS2 you mean that's getting a remake and so is 0!

RCVS Lionheart @stjacksfolley.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

No worries! Same here it's just getting the time with work and everything when life gets chaotic etc!

RCVS Lionheart @stjacksfolley.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

I would say go for 0 then continue with 4,5,6 revelations 1 revelations 2, 7 biohazard, village 8 and then 9 requiem.

Absolutely I suppose because so many people join a series at different stages as well and may not have played from the 1st game so it's finding that entry point to get into a series I suppose, similar with final fantasy and resident evil you don't necessarily have to start from 1 all the way up etc.

I agree I think for a game in the last 20 years I never felt that way about in a long time but he's it could of been a bit better at the last act. Zelda link to the past a d tomb raider will always be my top favourites of all time!

Gen X is the bridge between the old world and the digital world. We adapted, survived, and grew incredibly strong because we had to figure life out on our own. No filters, no safety nets, just pure resilience. The younger crowd looks at us and doesn't get it, but our strength speaks for itself #GenX

Gen X hits different. We survived the analog world and built the digital one. Our resilience is unmatched because we had to find our own way out of every jam. The youth today couldn't handle the independence we grew up with! 💯 #GenX #GenerationX #GenXStrong #GrittyAndResilient #StreetlightChronicles
