So this is how I spent all of yesterday. 12 hours in A&E with chest pains. Went in at 11.15am,came out at 11pm,one of the last in the department. All tests came back clear. Bloody long day but better to be checked out and be sure nothing was going on

Told blatant lies. Said he'd asked my wife to do certain things and did them with ease. He never asked her to do anything. Said she looked well. She was really poorly that day,barely made the appointment, which if she hadn't turned up,she'd have lost the benefits anyway

I'm sure you're right but this guy was awful. Went to two appeals,both turned down. Next step was court it it made my wife so ill she dropped it. Which is of course exactly what they want people to do. Still don't trust the process,is anyone medical actually involved ? Box ticking on a computer

Have to say I completely disagree. The guy who assessed my wife told blatant lies about her condition and health. She went from enough points to qualify for lower rate PIP straight down to zero points. Despite 2 appeals she lost her pip.

Any person with morals and decency would do the same. I also have my 74 year old brother living with us and will till the day he dies. He has learning difficulties after being brain damaged at birth,has the mind of a 12 year old. I look after him too again unpaid

Long term sick.She has chronic intractable migraines 24/7 365 days a year. À really bad back and her diabetes is really playing up at the moment. I gave up work in 2014 to look after her. Unpaid I might add às bizarrely I don't qualify for carer's allowance

All the best mate. My wife went through it a few years ago when May was slashing benefits. Despite being really poorly on the day and barely making the appointment, the guy doing it blatantly lied on the forms. Went from 12 points to zero. Appealed twice and lost. Ridiculous. Never got it back
