The #BrainDynamicsToolbox is an open toolbox for simulating #DynamicalSystems in matlab. It was designed for solving problems in #ComputationalNeuroscience but can be applied to any domain that uses nonlinear #DifferentialEquations. The homepage is bdtoolbox.org.
