I made 46. I’m grateful I get to say that. ❤️ There’s a funny disconnect between how people picture my life with a disability and a photo like this. They see the disability. I’m over here celebrating another birthday with my beautiful girlfriend, friends, cake, and emotional support chicken nuggets.

Spot the difference. You can't. Confidence comes from finding your source of power. For me, it was the unexplainable connection I found with this woman. From Hollywood to people in my face, I've been told all my life people like me don't get the happily-ever-after. People like me can't win.

There is a hidden "disability tax" on dating nobody wants to talk about. From the physical toll to the literal cost of accessibility, dating while disabled is expensive. I mean, dating is hard, and long-distance is harder, but for disabled people like us, the "invisible costs" can be overwhelming.

After being forced to "upgrade" to Win 11, I find @microsoft.com Dragon Naturally Speaking won't work unless I upgrade to 16 for $700. Without Dragon, it took me 15 min. to type this. So, I have no choice. God bless disability tax. Beware, fellow disabled peeps.
