Looking forward to giving this a go! Not my normal type of read, but it caught my interest. I may also have been swayed by the gorgeous cover and stunning sprayed edges!

I've been enjoying sitting down and actually writing this one! A lot of planning has already gone into Hush, so it feels good seeing it take shape! Stay tuned for more updates soon!

I've made real progress this last week or so with my thriller, Hush. Then I saw this meme. I feel seen! When plotting, a twist came to me that won't happen until much later but I cannot wait to write it!

That's another book off my 2025 reading challenge. And another classic that I've never read, but am really pleased I have now!

I've started work on Hush, my thriller told entirely through text messages! It's only in the early writing stages, but this is a sample shot of how the print version might look! Really looking forward to seeing how it plays out! I'll be talking more about this as it progresses!

Been working on my thriller, still in the planning and plotting stages. Then a new idea for a big twist came to me! Cannot wait to see it shape up!

Book one of my 2025 reading challenge complete! The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows by John Koenig is a beautiful short story collection of sorts - a wonderful series of made-up words, so easily related to!

Here we go! 2025 I want to step out of my comfort zone. I read a few books I'd never got around to last year, so I am setting myself a challenge this year as you can see. 1/3

Do you have a favourite Christmas book? There are loads of classics but every year I reread A Christmas Carol in the few days before Christmas!

December is finally here! What Christmas traditions do you have? I have a music playlist and a stack of films that come out every year. On Christmas Eve I love to sit in a coffee shop set on the old market square and people watch. And I reread A Christmas Carol every year.

Currently #reading After a few more intense reads - The War of the Worlds and The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, for my latest read I went for a collection of festive themed mystery short stories.
