#LastFourWatched after two bad Sniper movies I was happy to get to one that was kinda alright Posers is a ridiculous movie I watched as part of my early films of Emily Hampshire studies, bunch of popular girls at the club beat another girl to death and then descend into paranoia and backstabbing

rewatched Nirvanna The Band The Show last night and remembering that time I did the CN Tower Edge Walk and then had nightmares about it for at least two years after

#LastFourWatched The Telephone Book has a scene where Star Trek's own Roger C Carmel is fondling a coin dispenser on his belt while a woman tells him naughty stories and when she reaches the climax his coins all fall out in a mess on the floor

#LastFourWatched three good Canadian movies and one bad Sniper movie. Dunno why I'm still doing that to myself but I gotta see it through at this point, and at least I'll get to rewatch Sniper GRIT eventually.

#LastFourWatched man, I loved I Like Movies. Chandler Levack really understands the experience of being an early 2000s misanthropic antisocial Canadian teen

#LastFourWatched you couldn't make a movie like Pitch Perfect 2 nowadays. Unless maybe you made it for The Daily Wire or something, I bet they'd love all those racist jokes.

#LastFourWatched The Not Of This Earth double bill is fun. A cheap 1957 Roger Corman movie and the 1988 remake made when Jim Wynorski bet Corman he could remake it with the same inflation-adjusted budget and rushed schedule. '88 is played more for laughs but also reuses a ton of the same script.

watched Ghost Killer last night. Akari Takaishi from Baby Assassins plays a normal college girl who gets haunted and sometimes voluntarily possessed by a dead hitman looking for revenge on his killers. Directed by Kensuke Sonomura, action director of the Baby Assassins trilogy and The Furious!

Ok, none of the fights in Angel of Destruction are any good but, on the other, hand the fight where Maria Ford beats up a bunch of guys while wearing nothing but a thong is great.

#LastFourWatched Impulse has an absolutely wild William Shatner performance. It's a cheap as shit regional thriller he made during the lowest point of his career, a couple years before that first Star Trek movie, and he's putting his all into it. Must see for Shat Heads

We watched Matt Johnson's Operation Avalanche last night. Based on Nirvanna I was expecting something more goofball but this still had lots of funny bits. What really elevates it is how seamlessly it becomes a really great conspiracy thriller. There's a wild car chase sequence that you've gotta see!
