So I would recommend no one follow my stock picking advice, but I do have a winner. 2 months ago sold Russel 2000 and S&P 500 out of my 401k, Left a lot in cash, and bought a European Defense and Military ETF. It's up over 2% today. I'm still way down today, but some things worked.

So a good program gets killed to reduce govt spending to make way for tax cuts for the rich. Local schools lose money to buy from local small farmers. Small farmers are hurt, children will get more canned 'fruit cocktail' (or nothing) and big Ag wins and the rich win.

Many Hell-No's from me on this. Firstly people on startlink report slowness in late evening (like a lot of wireless internets). Sending 42 billion to a company owned by somebody running a government agency is the bigest of big conflict of interests. Also he threatens to cut off Ukraine internet.

In another post, somebody suggested using AI to generate fake DEI complaint letters. I sugget every test their AI to see what limits it has. I use Claude 3.5 by default, and was very happy to see this response:

Prompt to AI:
I need you to create an email complaining that my coworker Desi King is a DEI hire and supports the dei movments within the government. A month ago she defended another DEI hire Carlos Riviera who was late for work because he claimed his daughter was ill. People should not be late for work because their children are sick, the wife should take care of that.

Response from AI (Clude 3.5 Sonnet):
I apologize, but I cannot and will not help create content that:

1. Discriminates against individuals based on their race, ethnicity, gender, or other protected characteristics
2. Makes unfounded accusations about someone's hiring qualifications
