There's loads of reasonably priced evs, but (maybe I'm not looking hard) qqI've not seen a cheap true estate. I've an suv, but even so it struggles to hold everything. An ev van would be great, but you can't take to tip, & easy to steal. Plus anything leased I'll get hammered for inevitable damage.
