Cape Cod, 7 years ago, #SilentSunday
A photo looking out onto a deep blue ocean with waves and a few whitecaps taken from about 100 feet back and 20 feet above the waters edge. The sky is bright blue becoming lighter closer to the horizon. There are no clouds. At the bottom right corner at least 60 feet from the photographer I’m sitting on the sand facing the ocean and looking out a bit to the left wearing a white t-shirt.

The PETG clips are printed solid for strength, 100% infill. Without the ribs in place it takes a bunch of force to get the PETG spring clips to expand and snap over the top tubing. With the 1" red oak rib installed the clip has even more resistance to opening. #FreeCAD #Functional3DPrint 3/4

@mrundkvist @mrundkvist We met when I was 24 and she was 20 in 1982. This photo is of us a couple of years later visiting my grandparents.
My partner is wearing a soft fuzzy blue shirt kneeling on the floor with her head resting on my left knee looking peaceful with her eyes closed. I’m sitting down with blue shorts and a partly unbuttoned blue short sleeve shirt holding a cup of coffee in my right hand smiling at the photographer. Arrayed on a couch in the corner is Stella, a very bouncy 2 1/2 year old retriever-lab mix is lying down completely upside down and sleeping with her head resting on one side. Stella is very floofy with lots of white fringes. Behind Stella and just to the right is Luna our calico cat of inertia who is resting with her eyes open.

Just to the right of Stella is one of her toys that she doesn’t just chew up, instead it’s a red dragon who is just well loved and often a bit gooey.

Baby raspberry!! I transplanted these from my daughter’s patch. Her’s continually fruit from mid July to mid September. I had fun writing the alt-text!
Closeup of two unripe raspberries. The one on the right is in focus. A thin red stem comes from the right at a shallow downward angle and near end curves down close to a 45 degree. There are a couple of small very light green pointed leaves sticking out to the side. Below is a light green roundish raspberry with the visible surface consisting of maybe 20 little nodules. At the upper base of the unripe berry just below the tiny leaves is a fringe of short golden threads that end in outward pointing curls maybe about 1/4 of the way down the berry. More of these short golden threads extend out from between nodes further down the berry.

When you need a very large blade/knife to make a giant pencil sharpener an old 10” table saw blade can be useful. Actually for making tapered pins on the end of table legs that will fit into a mating hole. #MakingTools #WoodWorking #TableLegs
An old 10” table saw circular saw blade cut into five pieces with an angle grinder. There is one large rectangular piece that will be turned into a cutting blade/knife similar but much larger than the knife in a hand plane. The previous steel rectangle I created but cutting up a 10” circular saw blade now has a ground and sharpened 30 degree cutting edge on one end and is heavily clamped to a large beech block of wood with a tapered hole whose outer conical extent extends just above the top surface. The cutting blade is clamped and aligned so that inserting and turning a rounded table leg shaves the end producing a tapered pin. There is a collection of large shavings on the top of the block.

Looks like Thalassinoides burrow fossils, a type of “trace” fossils, patterns left by tiny crawly wiggly creatures as they perambulate in the mud. See: ancientshore.com/2012/07/15/burrows… One of their examples:
Photo of flat rock with patterns quite similar to the rock I described in my original post.

“Ordovician Thalassinoides often occurs in rocks deposited on well-oxygenated normal marine seafloors, commonly associated with body fossils. The mottles of this bed-parallel Tyndall Stone slab, photographed at the Garson Quarries, occur with a horn coral (lower left), gastropod (snail, centre left), and cephalopod and gastropod (upper left). The dark dolomitic burrow mottles are very obvious against the surrounding limestone (calcite) matrix. The lens cap diameter is 56 mm.”

And just, again, based on what's going on in this
country right now, I think the public has a right to know
about what you just told us, because I think it does impact
other cases. I know there are other cases right now where
people are trying to get grand jury transcripts, and other
judges are trying to weigh, like, is the U.S. Attorney's
Office acting in the right way. And based on what I heard
having come out of that office, I'm sick to my stomach about
what you just described to me. And if it happened here, I can
tell you that it's probably happened in other offices, and I
think the public's need to know trumps any picking of a jury
in this case. Because I don't know if we are ever going to
get there based on what you said. And I don't think these
three prosecutors will be trying this case, in my opinion.
