since this will always be circulating, i might as well be the first one to put it here: the stretch tips i made many years ago… remember to stop and stretch and take care of your hands! be mindful of your work time & listen to your body.

Being an odd duck myself, watching my oldest traverse the social network of kindergarten has been a stressful experience. Some of these kids say some mean shit then totally forget, while my kid has an amazing memory. We’ve been working on an “okay” and fuck ‘em mentality. My kid is awesome.
