I'm an x-pattern guy when it comes to my thermal paste, but if my memory serves, whether you use a dot, an x, or frost it like a cake, it doesn't really matter as long as the plate is making good contact via the pull-down screws and all old thermal paste has been removed. But don't use too much.

Pro-tip 91% isopropyl and toothbrushes are the same when purchased from the dollar stores as they are from CVS in all but one way: durability. And since you don't want to cross contaminate when you're cleaning old thermal paste off your cpu, it means you can just throw out the 10 cent brush.

It's UPGRADE (and internal dusting) TIME! (FYI, Walmarts seem to be moving away from the pc component business, mine was clearancing out every CPU/MB/GPU they had for around 25% less than retail, so I couldn't help but pick up what should be a HUGE upgrade for my system.)

No, the questions as they're posed have support of 50% of respondants. When you ask voters if they support Medicare for All, they don't think single payer. They think Hillary Clinton's plan to literally expand Medicare and allow them to buy in. The problem is the questions.

This "bill" isn't a bill. Its a Constitutional amendment. So it requires 330 votes in the house to pass. 67 in the senate. Then 38 states to ratify it. The purpose of this is really simple: to help Republicans cut campaign ads saying their Dem opponents want to "pack" the courts.

The law that ended Roe was signed in 2018. It was a Mississippi state law that effectively made abortion illegal in the state by requiring all clinics to have admitting privileges. So, no, no Biden EO would've changed that. You would be less angry if you were less ignorant.
