Rue Ball is a Clinical Scientist working at Synnovis in South London. In her everyday job she assures the quality of biochemistry tests for NHS patients, and advises other healthcare staff about how to use and interpret them.
Rue’s interactive talk will discuss how science can address the needs of the LGBTQ community, using her experience researching, teaching and caring for trans and gender diverse people and their bodies.
