Looking through all the activity in my app, you can at least see that the aftershocks are down in the 3-4 range now. Even though we’re over 300km from the big one, it shook in a way that made several of us feel like we had vertigo. (I’m the blue dot on the left.)

In March, I signed up for my absentee ballot and it had four choices for why I needed it. I got my ballot in April. In June they cancelled me, so I had to fill the form out again this month. But the form has changed. They removed the option for being a citizen who's never lived in the US. Quietly!

One of my good friends got to go tag owls in CO last night! It was in Rocky Mountain national park to help with owl research. They caught a boreal owl and a Northern Saw-Whet owl. “Didn’t get much sleep last night but it was a cool experience. They were so freaking cute.”

Ridiculous deductibles mean people are paying cash. And when they asked for “proof” from those they are dumping, they gave folks 2 weeks to produce a passport or enhanced driver’s license which isn’t required to get ACA. This is BS!!

They sent me paperwork and wanted me to confirm I'm a citizen for my insurance. There's a fing data base they can confirm that. They have all my information and I paid taxes since the 80s. They gave me two weeks and wanted an enhanced driver's license or passport. I only have a regular driver's license. They are just trying to cut anyone off.
