When they talk about privatizing Veterans’ care and Medicare, they mean allowing companies to provide healthcare for a profit. But how do companies make those profits? By *denying* care to many who need it. Don’t get fooled by the “privatization” label. It means “for profit” and YOU are the cost.

Whether Trump is too stupid or not is irrelevant, he's going to sell weapons to Israel all the same. He's not too stupid for that. Also I don't buy that we need to kill a bunch of people to prevent more deaths. We need to work a peaceful solution - it would have been easier with Harris for sure.

Then you might have too much faith in him. Israel only needs a couple of months of go-ahead to level Gaza. And he has repeatedly expressed that support (www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...). He can grift you guys after that, no? So, I don't think it will be good for Gaza. Or anyone, really.

Society (science and medicine) already did that. Polio used to be that, or rabies. So it most definitely can (maybe not for all, but still). Suffering is difficult to evaluate in the context of God, for we don't know exactly what He wants. I do think more civil liberties is better than less!

Italy and Spain are historically traditional Catholic countries, and they both have abortion rights. Imagine actually having more knowledge than your own nation! Also, again, not everyone is Catholic. I don't want women to die because of my interpretation of scripture, thanks.

I don't take lectures of spirituality from strangers on social media. Instead of ad-hominem attacks (which are quite funny to watch) argue with me scripture if you want. Mark 12:17 and Mathew 23 full chapter are worthwhile reads (you know how to parse the bible, right, true Christian?)

As a Catholic, no. There are many reasons why medical care and abortion are needed that have nothing to do with procreation. Also, "pay into Caesar what is of Caesar" - this is a medical problem, not a religious one. And also also, we shouldn't impose our ideas on a whole nation.
