Don't get addicted to mobile games. Especially team based ones where you rely on alliance to have your back. Just like RL they are full of backstabbers, spineless cowards, and 2 face tendencies. I thought it was just a distraction from constant failure of this job hunt but I was wrong.

Never thought I be studying this stuff again. It's been over 25 years since I touched a school book. I received a email to advance in a job app with the next step being a written test. Basic Math, reading, writing, problem solving. I really want a foot in the door of this career so game on.

I feel like the worse thing about taking a new medication (Zoloft) ...you can't really tell if it's working yet. For all I know I'm a victim of the placebo effect. Then again maybe these feelings are the meds? I really don't have answers.

Volunteering at my local animal shelter has been one of the best things for me mentally. It's good exercise to walk so many dogs. My favorite senior doggo Bella is 99% being adopted today. I've made it my priority to give her extra TLC every shift. I'm happy for her as much as I will miss her. ❤️

Wish I was in a better place mentally. I miss my best friend. Everything feels so different, so empty. I hate it. Everyday struggle to find new work. Physical wise ...doing 3 miles a day of cardio currently. That's 84 miles of cardio every month and some reps if I keep it up which I will.
