The numbers it mentioned reference the funny meme numbers 420 and 69 and are entirely wrong in regards to Honey Badgers. The real weight and size are up to about 16kg and 77 cm.

There's definitely a much better way to do it but here's my really messy freedom equation with way too many comments. It calculates the total amount of freedom a population has by separating things everyone can do from things everyone can stop others from doing.

Laws and regulations forbid each person to do 1 of those things.

In total, the population as a whole is capable of doing 19402 things without going to jail or being disrupted by others.
On average, one person is 48.505% free.
At worst, 2.99% (6) out of 200 people have no freedom at all."
