Y'all give Astro some love! His art is so pretty and wonderfully expressive, and he cooks up some amazing writing too :] It's been so much fun trading pieces over the years!!

Attempting to write something novel-length after having largely derived my experience from short stories and extremely concise forms like scripts is one hell of a jump, I'm actually getting my ass beat out here because my process is not built to work with this much room to breathe...

A recently completed scene commission I did for @nightveilnocturne.bsky.social featuring his sona's true form. Thank you again for the opportunity to draw your space birb! [ Tags ] #art #artcommission #bird

A painted illustration of a celestial bird figure in space (character belongs to @NightveilNocturne). He stands facing away over a swirling pulsar, one arm folded behind his back and the other outstretched over his head with planets caught in wispy magic.

Soundwave redesign for my fan continuity, Asynchronism! This one's been cooking for a super long time and I only recently figured out the fine details. (Additional reference below!) [Tags] #art #soundwave #transformers #maccadams #TFInterferenceAU #fanart

Reference sheet with a fullbody of the character on the left, head reference in the top middle and vehicle mode in the bottom right.
The text in the top right is the nameplate, "Soundwave", with the corresponding Cybertronian text underneath.
Text next to the head reference reads: "Helm details: visor can be used as a display; partially retractable to expose mouth if needed."
The text under the satellite reads: "Alternate mode: Satellite".
The text in the centre reads: "Palette".
Text in the bottom left reads: "Gladiatorial armour & disguise as stealth aircraft".

Losing my mind right now because I just found that: 1. JRO has a playlist for Senator Shockwave, and 2. It shares a bunch of the songs I added to my own fan playlist for fan continuity purposes Absolutely no way I am going to be normal about this in any capacity whatsoever

Thinking again about Ascension plot reframing... instead of big ol epic quest to kill the gods, it's just one dude (well, alien whale creature) trying to find empathy and compassion for someone that epitomises of the uncaring grand mechanism of the universe (Aeternum).

Between university assessments, writing projects and work, I've been getting into Transformers of all things Was feeling a little nostalgic for TF Prime and to my surprise, the whole show's free I swear if I had caught more of this when I was younger, it would've done numbers on my taste LMAO
