The conductor looked away, clearly torn. "...Mmhh... Okay, but just this once! Pom-Pom is very grateful for your help."

"...Pom-Pom's shiny floors... RUINED. Ue... Pom-Pom has been sweeping all day... There is so much of it, it's everywhere... Pom-Pom's back is starting to hurt..." They had been mumbling (LAMENTING) to themselves and didn't hear her approach, a little rain cloud following overhead.

Pom-Pom is suddenly having a WONDERFUL day, padding around the Express with a rainbow above their head, humming a happy little tune.

Seeing Dan Heng manage as smile, no matter how small, Pom-Pom was deeply relieved. He would be okay. "That's right! Hunter Blade doesn't strike Pom-Pom as the type to give up no matter what." Dan Heng's final comment made the conductor laugh! "Pom-Pom doesn't know what's scarier!"

000

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

"You are very kind, Visitor Khamorosha, but please remember not to neglect yourself too. Things like this can pile up and up and up, and one day, they will topple over." The conductor seemed to brighten at her words, their efforts recognised and appreciated.

110

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

"Mhm, everyone is here to pick each other back up." As she began speaking about her own troubles, Pom-Pom listened intently, nodding along as she spoke.

110

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

"That's right! We are all here for each other. The Nameless will always look out for one another." In just a few hours and with the help of EVERYONE'S support and words of encouragement, Dan Heng's rhetoric was already beginning to change.

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 03/06/2026

"Pom-Pom is always here!" With the mention of Dan Heng, the conductor's ears drooped. "Yeah... We are all worried about him... Pom-Pom has never seen him like this before, but... Pom-Pom understands the loss of a loved one is felt sharply.

110

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 03/06/2026

Ah..! Another forlorn face on board their Express... "Visitor Khamorosha... What's the matter?"

010

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 03/06/2026

Tapping the button to open the door with their ear, Pom-Pom entered the archive room tentatively, bringing with them a tray with a meal for their passenger. "Pom-Pom brought you something to eat... And saved their last donut for you. The sugar might help perk you up..."

100

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 03/06/2026

Ears down, Pom-Pom approached @oflunartides.bsky.social's room and gently knocked the door.

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

(Oh, no... They were starting to crack. Keep it together, Pom-Pom!) He... He will be! Our messenger ensured me that he would be alright. Hunter Blade will return him to us safely. Pom-Pom does not know all the details, but it has something to do with all the flowers I've been cleaning up all day.

110

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

Himeko...! (They had to gather themselves, remain the Express' reliable conductor.) Pom-Pom has received a message from an emissary of Destiny's Slave regarding Passenger Dan Heng.

010

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

CALLING ALL PASSENGERS❗ This is your conductor speaking! Please make your way to the Parlour Car for an emergency meeting.

010

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

Very mysterious! If Hunter Blade was on the case, that could only mean Dan Heng was in danger. But Pom-Pom was relieved, glad to have received the message that there was no need to worry. That didn't mean they wouldn't fret regardless! This was one of their precious passengers, after all.

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 30/05/2026

🐰⁉️ A talking cat! Strands of Terminus did not show up as THEIR messenger for no small reason... "P-Pom-Pom will make sure they are all destroyed! Thank you for the warning, and for looking out for the Express."

🐰‼️ The conductor cannot remember the last time anyone had tried to kiss their forehead and succeeded..! She totally caught them off-guard! Ahem-! "Good..! Pom-Pom to the rescue. What sort of conductor would I be if I could not ensure the safety of all Passengers and guests?"

010

‍ ✨ ‍ ‍ ‍𝗣𝗢𝗠-𝗣𝗢𝗠 ‍ @starwardconductor.bsky.social · 26/05/2026
