Please be mindful of the things you believe and say Yes, Sometimes psychotic people, in episodes, have a combination of delusions, and they do a bad thing, because they believe its a good thing, this does not mean its common, and it doesn't mean you should insult everyone with this

Anytime someone you don't like does something you don't like and you say they are "insane" or "crazy" or "delusional" you are contributing to the stigma that exists for people like me, even worse if you call them "psychotic" when they are literally not.

Some people have decided it relevant to talk about bad things other psychotic people have done, as a way to warn me about things that I could do, yet I have not done, and many other psychotic people I know have not done, and will not do.

A lot of other people try to be supportive but are really just patronizing and do nothing but infantilize psychotic people, believing they need to keep them from harming other people, or themselves, or just say blatant things like "take your meds", to try and brush away the issue

A lot of people consider themselves mental health advocates and turn a blind eye to psychosis because they don't really understand it and just believe what they hear, there is a culture around people "losing their minds" and "being too far gone" and "insane"

Psychosis can occur in anyone, it can just exist and just be part of you, it can be caused by a tumor in your brain, it can be caused by drugs, it can be caused by a lot, the vector of attack is so large that no one is safe from it, and yet it is so misunderstood by the greater world
