[Crossover][Ben 10 x Stargazer Tales] What if I made a playlist of Ben 10 transformations from the species in Stargazer Tales? #ben10 #crossover #fanart

A set of ten aliens, each of a different species. Each one has an Omnitrix dial somewhere on their body indicating that they are a Ben 10 transformation.

The names and individual descriptions for each alien will be provided in their specific posts coming soon.

Talking with telepaths can be an interesting endeavour #webcomic #art #scifi

Two aliens, Qara and Nyanna, engaged in conversation.

Qara telepathically projects an image of a snarling cat into Nyanna's head.

Nyanna, angrily, shouts "GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" with her claws drawn.

I showed this to several friends, apparently none of whom realised that they were gloves all along #webcomic #scifi #worldbuilding #art #alien #oc #originalcharacter

A three-panel webcomic featuring the characters Rosewood (an alien known as a Biomist) and Nyanna (a catgirl known as an Anthresque)

In the first panel, Rosewood is watching Nyanna with anticipation

This turns to shock in the second panel when Nyanna removes one of her oversized gloves, revealing a normal-sized hand underneath.

Rosewood, on the verge of tears, asks "They were fake?"
To which Nyanna, frustrated by this, snaps back "OF COURSE THEY WERE FAKE"

Plasticons are a race of living modular plastic components. As such, they are a very hardy species. It certainly helps Silver when she's doing engineering work. part of my new webcomic series: I Just Want To Be An Office Worker! #webcomic #scifi #worldbuilding #art #alien #oc #originalcharacter

A four panel comic.

Panel 1: A close-up of Silver's featureless plastic face, covered in engine grease. She says "Well, there's your problem... The engine isn't working."

Panel 2: A close-up of Nyanna, bemused as always. She responds "Perceptive. Where are your arms?"

Panel 3: A zoomed-out look at Silver as she looks down at her armless body.

Panel 4: Silver and Nyanna are stood in the background. Silver explains that her arms are "Fixing the engine." In the foreground, her disembodied arms are autonomously working on the engine of a spacecraft together.

Plasticons are a species of living plastic, made of 16 modular components. They can mix and match pieces with other Plasticons (and such is the direction that most intimate relations take for their kind) and even replace bits with tailor made artificial components.

Silver's forearms are actually still attached to her, they're hanging off of her back. They've been substituted for engineering implements in her actual arms, which have a thin core of living plastic inside so that they can act in place of natural Plasticon pieces.

Working for the Avalon Travel Advisory sounded like a desk job, but as it turns out the ATA wants reports based on practical first-hand experience. I, for one, can't wait to see what she has to say! Nyanna, on the other hand, is none too pleased about the situation. #webcomic #originalcharacters

Five panels depicting the five main characters of my webcomic, alongside the words making up the title 'I / Just Want / To Be / An / Office Worker'

Qara, a Qhrysalid. Her species is incredibly long-lived, retreating into a cocoon-like state to rejuvinate when their bodies wear thin. They possess incredible psychic powers, and so Qara works for the mysterious Elevation Authority.

Zylo (name likely to change) is a Ghellontein with a questionable understanding of other people's personal boundaries and little consideration for her own. She works for the Ghellontein Astronomical Catalogue, so her expertise is in planets and other celestial bodies.

Silver is the de facto leader of the group. Although Qara has a higher C3 ranking, she cedes leadership to Silver anyway. She is an engineer, representing the Dolos Industrial Coalition. Silver is a Plasticon- a race of living plastic humanoids with modular bodies. You may wonder why she is named 'Silver' when her body is clearly yellow. She doesn't like to talk about it, but it may answer some of your questions if you saw that her ex husband Marigold has a silver body.

Rosewood is an unusually expressive and upbeat example of a Biomist, she is very innocent and a total pushover and is very eager to please others. You may be unsurprised to learn she represents the Biomist Anti-Pathogen Foundation. She is very happy to meet you.

Finally we have our main character Nyanna. She applied for a job at the Avalon Travel Advisory a few days ago, under the impression that writing reports for the Advisory would be a desk job. Unfortunately for her, they want the reports to be based on practical first-hand experience and a rather urgent turn of events has seen her shipped off immediately to the quiet homeworld of a new alien race called Zantids. I, for one, can't wait to see what she has to say about the planet!

Nyanna, on the other hand, is none too pleased about the situation.

Everyone say hi to Nyanna! A young Anthresque woman who recently joined the Avalon Travel Advisory which she mistakenly believed would be a desk job... #webcomic #scifi

A three panel comic depicting a cat girl- Nyanna- sat on a bench. She's watching two mushroom-aliens (from the Forest of the Natural State) running through the field in front of her.

In the second panel Nyanna watches as the smaller puffball alien slams into a wooden pole- releasing a cloud of white spores as it does.

In the third panel, the other mushroom returns to check on their friend as the spore clouds spread out across the park. Nyanna begins choking hard.

The text reads;
"I'm not built for field work."

"I just want to be an Office Worker..."

yet more goober doodles while I cook things behind the scenes #originalcharacter #alien #oc #art #scifi

Four aliens, each with their Beginning stood nearby.

Species 7 consists of faceless humanoids made of a burlap-like texture. Seams run down the lengths of their bodies, out of which emerge large pink eyes.

Four aliens, each with their Beginning stood nearby.

A mint-coloured humanoid with no face, whose head extends upwards into a twin-peaked crest. It has a tail.

Four aliens, each with their Beginning stood nearby.

Why is this one just a clown?

Standing at half the height of its Beginning, this alien resembles a human party clown. It has no arms, pastel yellow skin, and a very fluffy pink hair. Oh and a pink button nose, too.

Four aliens, each with their Beginning stood nearby. Except for this one because I decided I couldn't be bothered, so he's on his own today.

This polite chap is an orange humanoid hummingbird-moth with an insectoid abdomen. He has digitigrade legs ending each in two claws. He has a big fluffy brown mane about his neck. His face consists of four eyes and a long proboscis.

white-knuckle gripping blender and forcing it into the sort-of shape of a Zantid and giving up at “well, it’s close enough to being close enough”

A loose collection of shapes resembling the alien depicted in the second image. They're not even connected properly, and it's missing two legs that would've been hidden anyway. Absolute botch job.

The Zantid is a small six-legged insectoid with a large triangular head and four eyes. It has two antennae and a triangular abdomen.

Been a while since I had anything ready to post, so have this comic I did last year. #scifi #art #aliens #comic #webcomic

A three-panel comic.

Panel 1: A Beginning, with a Zantid face, greets a passing Zantid.
"Hello, my Child."
The Zantid smiles, uttering "Bwah!" as it passes.

Panel 2: The Beginning is slightly taken aback as two more Zantids pass.
"H-Hello my Children!"
The Zantids both utter similar noises as they walk.

Panel 3: The Beginning's expression drops entirely as a massive swarm of Zantids rushes past them.
"Ah. Hello all."
Each Zantid makes some sort of "Bwah" noise as it passes them.

There is a lone Zantid, sitting with its six legs splayed next to the third panel. It, too, says "Bwah!"

The Blanks Known to the Biomist as Phenomenon AG-889, Blanks act like invisible citizens hanging in the moving background of cities and other dense urban spaces. They take up no room, and get in no one's way. They simply exist. #originalcharacter #alien #oc #art #scifi #writing #worldbuilding

Two featureless, armless humanoids on a plain background. One is blue, the other is green.

Tumblr Post

The Blanks
Blanks are a strange phenomenon- creatures that act like normal citizens but are near-imperceptible. They exist only in the distance and the edges of vision. They seem to move through cities randomly and live only in unocupied buildings. As soon as someone ‘real’ intends to occupy their homes, they vanish.

The Biomist Anti-Pathogen Foundation catalogues them as Phenomenon AG-889 and considers them a marker species. Their presence on a world indicates a healthy population and well-mixed interplanetary population. Their absence can indicate overpopulation or underdiversity.

The Ittan-Momen are a race of living linen, often times inscribed in gibberish writings. They can 'possess' other species by enwrapping them. The couple (shown here on the left) are in a loving and symbiotic relationship. #originalcharacter #alien #oc #art #scifi #writing #worldbuilding

The Ittan-Momen are a race of living linen sheets. On the right is a lone individual; coiled like a snake with the writings on their body fully visible.

On the left; a red Ghellontein is ensnared by an Ittan-Momen. Control of the Ghellontein's body is now shared between the two of them. The Ittan-Momen could take control, but won't because their relationship is loving and consensual.

An image of an alien character, a Chiroptean. Character has an almost totally black silhouette with a spiky white mane and bright white eyes and nose. They have large black ears atop their head. A white heart is sat next to their head, and they seem to be smiling.

Behind them is a background of several faces of members of their own kind, in several different expressions.

When disease is a concern, the Biomist Anti-Pathogen Foundation are the leading experts in documenting and containing! #originalcharacter #alien #oc #art #scifi #worldbuilding

Image depicts three different alien diseases.

The Common Cold is depicted by a sick Chiroptean (black bat-like alien) with a runny nose.

The Contagion is depicted by an infected purple Ghellontein (slime/gel alien), with half of their body being overtaken by the yellow disease.

The Biomist are represented by a beige-husked individual, with a pink bacterial cloud. They are waving at the viewer and saying "Hi!".

The Biomist Anti-Pathogen Foundation
The BAPF is dedicated to the study and control of disease across the connected galactic community. Their invaluable work has catalogued hundreds of potential threats according to their risk of spread and risk to health.

Contagion XX-000
The Contagion is the perfect lifeform. An absolute hivemind, capable of converting organic and inorganic material into a host. It is theoretically impossible to safely contain an outbreak, and theoretically impossible to cure an infection.

Bacterium AB-001
The Biomist themselves are a harmless bacterial lifeform. Sapient; they cannot 'outbreak'. Inhaling the mist is unlikely to be dangerous to anyone other than the unfortunate mist in question.

Pattern XC-025
Needing no introduction but getting one anyway; the Common Cold is a multitude of unrelated viruses and analogue pseudo-lifeforms found across the galaxy. They each share similar symptoms in a given host species and are universally considered fairly harmless.
