I feel like Webtoon just doesn't want me to use their site/app, because every single time I try to sign up, there's some obstacle that's so frustrating it just makes me give up and spend my time doing literally anything else.

I was hoping to finish my playthrough of Spyro 1 Reignited before I started Castlevania and other seasonally-appropriate games for October... but the final boss is frustrating me enough that I might just give up and start something else tomorrow.

We have our winner of this year's Fat Bear Week, and wouldn'tcha know it, it's the big chonky cutie I've been rooting for all week! :dragnaww: #FatBearWeek #FatBearWeek2026

Tweet from the U.S. Department of the Interior:

He got it from his mama.

︀︀Bear 89, aka Backpack, is the 2026 Fat Bear Week champ. Turns out hefty runs in the family.
︀︀
︀︀His mom, Holly the Duchess of Density, won in 2019. She carried him on her back as a cub and helped him survive a serious leg injury. Now her little Backpack has a crown of his own. 👑

IDK, maybe it's just me, but it really feels like a lot of big movies have dropped the ball on marketing. Like, Supergirl, or Mandela Effect & Grogar, those were two other big studio movies where I didn't know they were releasing until I saw the news that they flopped.

Tried doing that "my 9 games" thing and saw that, when I looked for Spyro, NONE of the Legend of Spyro games are listed. They have Spyro games that don't even exist (Spyro 4 and Spyro 8 both released in 2005 apparently), but not one TLOS game.

It does make sense as a pairing; given they're both CEOs fighting evil on the side. Plus the concept of a Rider/DC crossover was apparently first pitched back when Zero-One WAS contemporary. I just wouldn't have thought they'd stick with this teamup, over half a decade later...

I've seen talk about how Sony is probably revealing a PS6 in two or three years, but... I don't know why anyone would buy a PS6? To me, the two biggest selling points of a console are exclusive games, and a lower price point than PC. PS5 has barely had the former, and the rumored $1000+ price […]

I'm seeing the term "fart gas" get used for the new Wolverine game's gaudy glowing line that guides you to your objective (not to be confused with the navigation assist accessibility option, which adds a second glowing line in a different color). And it feels like an insult to fart gas.

Ocarina remake looks nice enough that I might get it used eventually. But for now, I'll probably save my money. Just next year there's already Spyro and KH4; if 2027 has even one more game that gets me excited enough to buy it new, that'll be more money than I'd like to spend on games in one year.
