Sauk Centre, the home town of Sinclair Lewis. I have been irritated with him because he wrote “Main Street,” the novel I wanted to write. Initially the town was unhappy after Sinclair skewered them mightily in his writings, but after he won the Nobel Prize they forgave him. #leicaq2monochrom

Mankato is a lovely destination for a little meander (the ballerina is “Hazel”). Also, I de-winterized the car (replace rubber mats for carpet, gloves and ear muffs for an umbrella, etc), so the Spring Blizzard should commence at will. I hope your windows are open to the warmth, my beloveds.
