I've always associated it with her because it first shows up in her daydream in Reverie, so to me it's Elaine's song that encapsulates her character. It's so nice

142. The Truman Show I watched this because of Kirby. It was great! Real intense thriller and it feels like a horror movie as soon as you realise he’s basically in captivity. I love the final line showing how the mass populace don’t actually care about TV and just find the next thing. Great stuff

I didn't really realise how much I love that game until playing another FE that has the same gameplay and story style There's a reason the discourse is eternal it's kinda just that good even if there's a ton of issues

I think the one thing Fortune's Weave has made me feel more than anything else is that if they release a Switch 2 version of Three Houses with a new route I'd eat that up like a good ass cake and then ask for more

And I know I could just finish the game right now with Cai's complete but I'll be so honest his story didn't move me much at all it was just a good vibe and it feels completely unfulfilling to see at least 2 other banger stories there and beat the game with him instead of playing the cool narratives

While that is story and this is only gameplay similarities, in FE3H the monastery is really only a factor for the first half of the story, meaning by the time you get to another route it feels kinda fresh! I do like these systems a lot! I just don't think there's enough meat for 100 hours of it!

I think the reason it grinds my gears so much is that this game learned so much from FE3H in how to do routes and then somehow missed the part where the reason everyone hates doing every route in FE3H is because you have to play the first act again which is the *exact* same on every route

I've now resorted to doing the restart chapter Support cheese in Cai's route to get supports for Dietrich's this cannot be how they want you to play the game

Okay I'm going to be so honest with you the idea of doing the exact same grind again for 3 other routes is harrowing. It was fun the first time, but even by the end of Cai's, I was feeling the burn a bit, but I thought it was fine because stuff carries over and it'd just run its course Welp

I just started Dietrich’s route and it has dawned on me that supports carrying over are relative to the character and not just “The MC has this support level with this character on every route” meaning I have to do it all again I might end it all honestly

I don’t think any experience I will ever have again will rival having no internet for 8 days and guzzling this down while immersing myself in Morimiya so much I knew where NPCs without a single story scene would be when I went to look for them I would move mountains to have it happen again
