Ellie! @ssmplyy.bsky.social · 09/01/2026If you want actual quality trans representation from big 2 comics I suggest checking out Rachel Pollack's Doom Patrol. It's lovely, and Kate Godwin is a great member of the cast 040

Ellie! @ssmplyy.bsky.social · 09/01/2026There are people on here who think that DC's new character Featherweight is good representation for trans people. Are we ok. What are we doing here. 110

Ellie! @ssmplyy.bsky.social · 26/03/2025#fmlcomic is such a good series, one of my favourites hitting the shelves at the moment, it's heart-wrenchingly relatable and so so funny with some of the most charming art I've seen in a while, give it a go if you're able. 0153
Ellie! @ssmplyy.bsky.social · 17/03/2025What I like about Absolute Superman is not necessarily its themes (class politics and global warming/environmental damage), but how Aaron chooses to discuss them. Most books would take the straightforward approach, discuss one but not the other, or both but purely on a surface level. - 130

Ellie! @ssmplyy.bsky.social · 30/01/2025I've been reading 'Pretty Deadly' by Kelly Sue DeConnick and Emma Rio's (I know, I know, I'm late) and it's blowing me away. Loving it so far, the blend between classic Western and its more mythical side is done perfectly. Highly recommend giving it a go. 192
