I'm not sure that the president's whole cloth immunity wouldn't extend to the agents ordered to carry out his borderline deeds. Plus, unless the Court holds that the pardon power doesn't extend to the president or his partners in crime, Trump could pardon him.

I was born there and, as a kid, I always thought how strange it would be not to have been. Then, we cruelly moved away when I was 14. Now, it's hard to imagine living there, though maybe someday I'll give version 3 a shot. The barriers to successful entry may be higher than when White wrote that.
