Look. A lot of us carry a lot of baggage around from Covid. For many of us in healthcare it wasn’t only the uncertainty and fear, but also watching people be so ugly to each other and to the people whose job it was to care for them.

Hercules was my best friend for 15 yrs. He died in Sept 2024. In June 2025 I was driving home from Disney and something ran in front of my car. I jumped out. Turned around & this puppy (pic 2) had jumped in my car. This is Zeus. He’s clearly the universe’s way of telling me to get another dog.

I echo the thousands of voices saying: Thanks for all the miles, #JeffGalloway. I never would have even attempted a 5k, let alone a half marathon, but I did, because you showed me I could. Never in a million years did I think that I would race over 250 miles (44.8 of them while pregnant).

I was talking with some friends mentioned that V writes numbers backwards & if it were his letters too, I’d wonder if maybe he was left-handed so it was coming out backwards with his right. My friends got really confused..Is this not what happens when everybody writes with their nondominant hand?
