I've been having fun making magnets! Even if it's a bit tough for my little laser to cut these, I love how they turn out every time 😊 All made from 3mm plywood and unwanted trading cards or packaging. All available on my site!

Having taken some time to myself, it's time to start updating my shop! First to hit the site, the 'Trash to Treasure' range! Idk if I'll keep the name, but I hate naming stuff and these are made using TCG trash so 🤷‍♀️

A trio of customised A5 notebooks featuring Iono, Morpeko and the Kanto Starters. The covers have been decorated using artwork from Pokemon Trading Card packaging.

A trio of laser cut wood and coloured card bookmarks. Each bookmark has a piece of TCG trash inlaid into the design - featuring Magikarp, Cetoddle and Milotic.

I picked up a trial pack of different plywood to test some new materials for my frame Trinkets. Each type of wood has its own merits, but which is your favourite? I'm partial to #5, the walnut, but the engraving isn't as obvious 🤔

New TCG magnets! I've wanted to do these for ages but my first ideas involved resin and they never really went according to plan. (Poor Zorua.) But with the laser I can cut my own frames and turns out they don't need a resin layer to look great! Made with discarded, damaged or fake cards.

This year has seen my first ever terrarium commissions come in! It's incredible that someone trusted me to make a piece for them and they were so happy with how it turned out. This Chimchar is now safely in his new home!

We've got a few more events to go in the 2025 calendar! If you need something nerdy or quirky for someone for Christmas, here's where you can find us! 😊

I bought a set of Lilo & Stitch toys a while ago, and while most of them were of everyone's favourite not-dog, there was one Lilo. And I finally got to use her for something!

My first test using proper wood for these keychains is done! Two pieces of 3mm ply come together to make a nice, chunky charm. Need to figure out what fittings to use with it now. The back is currently blank, and I can't decide whether to leave it or engrave something like a pokedex entry on it 🤔

I wasn't sure if the base on this was ever going to set, but I've finally been able to finish it! I originally had a different idea for this, but once I saw how well the bushes matched the pecha berry, Pikachu was the obvious choice!

Y'know how I mentioned science the other day? This was my other test project - another iteration on the Trash Coaster. These use old dividers you get in Pokemon ETBs. I'm still learning when it comes to resin, so these aren't great, but as a proof of concept, I'm super happy!

It's been a day for SCIENCE. I've had a resin curing machine and vacuum pot for months now, but no time to test them. Until now! The resin handled degassing well and cured super quick! And now I have some cute pawprints to turn into keyrings ☺️

I've had this partially finished on my desk for ages, but I finally figured out how to make a little resin pond for Squirtle!

As someone who opens a lot of Pokemon cards, I generate a lot of trash. So, I thought I'd experiment with upcycling some of it. My first coaster test was a success! Now I can try one with a bit of colour and actually cut the pack art properly!

August is gonna be a big month! It'll be the first time we're doing a two-day event, and we're doing two of them! The Canterbury Gaming Convention is going to be an absolute blast with all sorts of fun vendors and games to play. Then for the collectors, the Kent Card Show looks bigger than ever!
