Side tangent, it's very noticeable when someone cares about a task or place of focus. I don't need people who scrape by and do the bare minimum. I want to find like minded people that wish to put effort into something and treat it like a passion. It's a lot of energy, but it really shows.

Weirdest day of work, where I ended having to do majority of stuff again. Picking up slack and finding little things to do while mini-managing a newer guy. I just wish the people on breakfast cared. One guy does, but he doesn't work every day.
