I'm worried about the NY grocer thing for a reason I don't think I've seen anyone talk about. How do you prevent supplier anti-competitive backdoor scheming (such as Wal + Pep), price fixing, collusion from poisoning the efforts, and then use those poisoned results to "prove" it doesn't work?

It's really neat how it's used. You'll see a card that's randomly 3 points that doesn't seem worth 0, and then some other random card on the list is 98 and you read the two together and go "ooooh... Yeah these are banned -together-" And the generic hand traps are all priced so there's a real cost.

It's apparently growing pretty fast! It's called Genesys and the gist is this: No Link or Pendulum cards, period (rip those archetypes) Instead of ban lists, every card is given a Point value 0 - 100 inclusive. Your deck can have a maximum of 100 points.

They added an entire format for that, this year. More or less. Not literally that but functionally that.

Idly thinking it's like... The mental/spiritual equivalent of loading up before hibernation or in prep for a famine? I so rarely get to do nothing guilt-free and just let my mind wander, close my eyes, not have to worry. So maybe in soaking up all I can before I inevitably return to the grind?

And I could work on either but I also can't get myself to start either right now. With or without meds. I tell myself I want to do those things and I can feel that kind of mental itch, and there literally isn't anything stopping me. I actually have time and energy.

I've been relaxing a ton which is definitely good for me and it's been good to get away from work for a while but I can't shake this... I dunno. While I'm sitting around mostly on my phone and just vibing or listening to music or watching videos, my mind will idly also think about art or game dev

This made me picture a free for all esque mad dash where people are looking for you to save you, hide you, or eat you, and you're getting chaotically tossed around, absconded with, etc. Desks broken, chairs smashed, cars stolen, chase scenes, explosions, train derailments, mayhem.
