Test mini for Mezgike's Fleshbound range. My first attempt went horribly wrong. It turns out taking your time _does_ matter!

A 3d printed miniature, a custom Chaos Space Marine design from Mezgike.
The armor generally looks like a bone exoskeleton with red metal bolted onto it. The helmet has no eyes, and it's unclear if that's actually a helmet or if this is the creature's head.
Gems are set into the armor in a few places but they aren't painted very well so we don't need to talk about them. There are some painted-on cracks in the bone parts of the armor that I am reasonably pleased with.
The mini stands on an orangish-reddish Mars-esque base.

I never get sick of painting these Munitorum shipping containers! I must have painted over a hundred of them for AdeptiCon down the years. These WIPs are a personal project, so I've kicked them up a notch. Need to add some Mars-style dust and some OSL, then done. #nerdlings #paintingwarhammer

The base of the diorama piece with more bits added to get the underwater vibe going. It’s a sandy ground with a circle of rocks with a cavity in the center. Sea grass old wood starfish and sea anomea all around.

The sea ground base with the monster maw in the middle. The sea monster‘s outside skin is a magenta purple-blue tone, with the inside in red, pink and magenta and off white teeth. In the center is a giant eyeball with a fiery red and yellow iris.
