At least 56 people have died in ICE custody during Trump’s second term. According to ICE’s internal reviews, detention staff did not provide sufficient medical care to at least six of those detainees. ICE has now taken down those reviews from its website. What other cruelty is ICE trying to hide?

Jade Revell died on Christmas Day 2021. A routine blood test had shown dangerously low potassium. Nobody told her. Her GP surgery raised concerns about a flaw in SystmOne. TPP said at the time it had fixed a bug. Now it says there was no problem at all. Read part two of our investigation below:
