Adobe has somehow found a better way to annoy. they just quietly launch the crash reporter upon closing anyways which, for some reason hold the last file you worked on hostage as it runs infinitely, in the background. Forcing you to go into task manager, find the exe, and force close it.

Managed to extract 3L at 15% from my 23L mash. As well as a decent chunk of pulp that smelled like puke. Mmm. Putting the 3L in the still again for a spirit run, and pairing it with an old brandy I extracted out of a box wine. I'm expecting maybe 700ml of end product.

I brought home about 15kgs of fruit from work, and made a simple distiller wash from them. Unfortunately I underestimated the amount of attainable sugars in the fruit, and my wash came out at around 4%. Good for drinking but a pain to get distilled. However, I'm not afraid of pain.
