As someone on said east coast, I can confirm this. My area isn't supposed to get tornados, and yet we've gotten multiple starting this decade.

This isn't to say that I'm so "heartbroken" because I literally have zero attachment of any kind to David Corenswet, but it really is disheartening in a way to play a character meant to stand with the voiceless yet interact with someone who actively ignores said people in need of a voice.

David Corenswet going on Brittany Broski's show really just shows that, movie's messaging aside, celebrities will always be celebrities at the end of the day.

I also try to repeat reassurances to myself internally (anything you feel you can mentally hold onto). I know it's not much, but hopefully, it can help, coming from someone who has anxiety. :)

I struggle with this as well, and as someone who doesn't have many resources, I use plushes (or a pillow, anything soft) as a form of physical comfort. I also put on music I know relaxes me (if you're able to), and try to do breathing exercises (5 second inhale, 7 second exhale).

It’s getting harder and harder being someone trying to live off their art online with social media sites disappearing/going to shit and censorship laws hitting Hays Code levels. Like I just want to draw comics man wtf!
