ITS SPOOKY MONTH! I still have absolutely no plans for streams this month, but I'm gonna lean even harder into the goth fashion when I'm out and about on weekends.

Damnit, WoW Forever is fun. been trying the new race and like. Seeing -new- content in the old style is so nostalgic while giving me that old sense of exploration and learning back. 10 years of willpower avoiding WoW down the drain lmao.

Blizz really got their claws back in me. Nostalgia is too powerful. Diablo 4 30th anniversary celebration season, and likely soon to be playing WoW Forever and seeing an expanded take on Classic WoW

No Mans Sky update looks cool. Might have to give that a look later this week.

Really having the skyrim itch but don't want to hassle with fixing mods after the update.... Tried Enderal but it doesn't quite scratch that itch, even if it's basically another game made inside the skyrim engine. I like familiarity, and tweaking what I know. Or playing in new ways.

Kind of want to play skyrim again but the recent-ish patch to the game broke my modlist and I do NOT have the energy to deal with that.... Thanks Bethesda. And damnit steam you could give me the option to NOT update a game and still play older patches.

I kind of miss having like, a small, dedicated gaming group. But I guess adult life kind of prohibits the free time necessary for that. Once a week for gal's night doesn't feel like enough socializing.

Tales of Seikyu's been a fun journey. Farming/life sim based around japanese folklore. a nice vibe, maybe a bit more focused on characters and story than other farm sims. Sad that I'm almost done with it. store.steampowered.com/app/2340520/... #talesofseikyu #gaming #farmsim #rpg

had a group of goth girls who were much more casually dressed than i come up to me and call me absolutely gorgeous today. they were young tho, like 20-22 i'd guess. feels weird getting a compliment from people who basically feel like kids to me. like obviously not minors but still too damn young lol

Absolutely GUTTED that Amazon cancelled the new Stargate series. I was SO hyped and now I'm just crushed. I grew up on Stargate and was super excited for the potential of it coming back finally. Fuck Amazon for not wanting old fans and only wanting more widespread appeal. You CAN have both you know

I've really been enjoying leaning more into retro these days. After EX33 came out last year it really reminded me about why I fell in love with gaming and what I've been missing for so long. I know it's cliche, but they really don't make them like they used to. (Except for EX33) #gaming #retro

Legend of Legaia has been pretty good so far. And bonus, it has a FISHING minigame?!?! Basically every game is improved via fishing lmao. Not as good as Breath of Fire 3's fishing, but then again, what is? It's the best. #retro #retrogaming #gaming #ps1 #psx

happy *quiet, chill* pride

The chill otter is laying down next to a phone with rainbow beams fanning out of it. They look at the phone and see it says June 1st, and after a brief contemplation, they snuggle up under a progress pride blanket, phone plugged in farther away. It reads “It’s ok if you are tired. Happy *quiet, chill* Pride.”

Just to remind you, when a company says they'll reconsider before trying again they mean "We'll let the bad press die down then do what we want if we think it's safe now." Don't let them think it's safe. Ever. (cont)

Two posts from Bluesky Safety. Text as follows:
We’ve received questions from users about recent changes to the way the app handles account-level moderation labels. The goal of these changes was to reduce accidental exposure of adult content to minors and those who opt out of this content in their personal moderation settings.

It’s clear these changes missed the mark, so we’re rolling them back. We’ll be working on a solution that better balances the varying needs of all our users and will provide more information before we roll out additional changes.

I made this Pride flag using only NASA images and our team thought it would be cool to share on social (I work on the NASA heliophysics communications team), but it's getting all sorts of hate on the bird app and Fbook. Thought y'all might be more appreciative of it here. ☺️🏳️‍🌈💖

A pride flag with every color band represented by a NASA image. White is Earth clouds, pink is aurora, blue is the Sun in a specific wavelength, brown is Jupiter clouds, black is the Hubble deep field, red is the top of sprites, orange is a Mars crater, yellow is the surface of Io, green is a lake with algae, blue is Neptune, and purple is the Crab Nebula in a specific wavelength.

Game install sizes are goddamn ridiculous. Blizzard's lost their fucking minds if they think Diablo 4 is worth this much hard drive space. Even the smaller install without high res assets is about 100GB.... This filesize bloat is a pox on modern gaming. #diablo4 #blizzard #gaming

Text saying 179 GB required, but insufficient disk space.

I guess the lore and characters and world have always been the most important parts of RPGs and games to me. It's what really sucks me in and keeps me going a lot of the time. I guess I kind of forgot that with my attempts to try to challenge myself instead. I just wanna vibe.

I'm enjoying Baldur's Gate 3 a lot more since I turned it down to easy. I've always played RPGs but this is a different beast from the RPG genres I'm used to and it was getting overwhelming. Now I can relax and focus on the worldbuilding and it's so much more addicting to me #bg3 #baldursgate3
