We’ve been watching last year’s Food Network Halloween Baking Championship, and it is the most hyperactive reality show we’ve ever seen. Judges will get interrupted by an urn falling off the shelf behind them. Interview segments are broken up by dangling insects. It is delightfully over the top

It really was Life or Death for us. We couldn’t keep living as the person we used to be, so we strangled him to death with our bare hands and became who we are now.
