Last year (2025), the Youtuber I work for (Bob Lennon) ordered me to make a promotional banner for his sponsorship (Instant Gaming), So I modeled his persona as Stan from Monkey Island, animated and rendered them as gifs, built a scene, and mashed everything together, That caught him by surprise

Heh XP Well, I opened Blender last night and got to work (steps roughly described in alt-text), Took me about two hours, Glad you like it, it won't be the last

• Start from 3 subdivided cubes, in edit mode, extrude them into shape, apply a mirror modifier to the arms and legs,
• Add a bone, complete the armature, parent the mesh to the armature, and weight-paint it so it can move,
• New material, in the node editor,
-use a distorted noise texture for the body, color-mixed with a gradient, the gradient is linked to an empty object parented to the hip bone with limited rotations to keep the dark tones under
-use an inverted voronoi texture for the highlights,
-both go through color ramps for hard edges, a secondary ramp defines transparency,
• A painted mask is used to keep the face dark, the beans and face are drawn on top,
• Geometry nodes for the outline, it duplicates and "fattens" the mesh over the original, and uses another transparent Fresnel material,
• Add a camera and an empty object, parent the camera to that object, it defines the point of rotation while the camera can zoom in independently,
• Once animated, append everything to the island scene (extracted from DragonBall FigtherZ)

Thank you! Also, in the meantime, I've figured how to refine the sharp chainsaw teeth, I've made one bone drive the scale of the tooth model, the array number, and the jaw's angles to make a seamless transition when the mouth opens (you'd normally see the teeth slide along the curve without it)
