a judge (who very much wanted a conviction) can subjectively classify whatever he wants as whatever he wants. on the question of rape, the answer was no. that trump, nor anyone else, was not charged by sleepy Joe's admin. w/ insurrection tells you how legally legit that charge was from day 1.
