Thank Dr Oz for the fact that we don't know what is in any OTC vitamins or supplements. An independent assessment showed majority of products in a chain drugstore didn't have the stated ingredient and quantity per dose. That's because we are "protected" from govmt inspection. Oz campaigned for that.

After every natural disaster, If you're able to donate, direct it to a local Planned Parenthood or similar that still exists. This is what a close friend of mine (straight, cis male, married) came up with on his own after hearing about abortion rights for years. I have now copied this practice.

Please let's remember to periodically contact good people who are standing up under fire to do what is right. A brief heartfelt message at the end of a miserable day can help somebody go on. And it also helps their support staff and aides who are the frontline in receipt of a lot of garbage.
