If Fortnite uses hay eye in all development moving forward and the hay eye absolutely jumbles the code, I wonder if it's possible the game becomes literally unplayable at some point as the bloated code takes over the servers and storage spaces of all the devices running it

I do think mobile games today are on the whole a lot more predatory in terms of social conditioning But I think mobile games from back then still didn't have a specific set of optimizations? I guess They weren't thought of as major releases; just quick time wasters

It is kinda monumental that these were the first main series Pokémon games to have full digital downloads I remember being so awestruck by that back then Nowadays most games are digital but for the 3DS it was a bit surreal, especially in an age that hadn't entirely "figured out" mobile gaming yet

As a whole, the game's roster feels as close to Fortnite racing as it could with the limitations of whatever Sega could get their hands on At least mechanically it feels good to play

After how Zarude and Shiny Koraidon/Miraidon were handled in the US I would be happy to never have to use a code for promotional Pokémon like this ever again lol I personally think Switch 2 will see faithful BW remakes so maybe we'll see Victini then but Zarude idk when that'll be back

Like visually the new Star Wars digital effects are high fidelity and look "real", but the OG 1977 film's camera tricks and use of models add another layer to the enjoyment of those and create realism in a totally different and novel way that

I feel like games from the N64/PS1 era will one day be looked back on as a "classic" way to do effects like how movies mostly made with practical effects are looked back on now The visual tips and tricks to make those games "feel real" will become something we take note of more when addressing them

Forgotten Land is my favorite Switch 1 title of all time, and part of that is due to the very tight and intentional level design I'm a bit more wary that HAL Labs is going open world with this. I know HAL isn't Nintendo, but I do hope there's enough to do and it still feels punchy
