Food is been getting so much better over time and probably will continue to do so. There's so many options and the quality of some ingredients is really good. There's obviously the low end that gets the attention and prices are high, but it's pretty great what's available

Working on a piece for the newsletter, this is a data point - smart people keep shrugging and saying “communities don’t like data centers because of ‘vibes’” etc when it’s really that people are in fact smart enough to know they are bad faith neighbors. It is *entirely rational* not to trust them.
