the first time i saw hachinoya nagi, i was reminded of nero turner from mhyk. so when i think of 18trip having a live action, i want nero's actor, tsubokura kosei to play as nagi... 😭

they're all so different from another. ESPECIALLY TEN AND MAOTO. AND HELL NAH, MAOTO ISN'T A BITC— /J (i'm sorry ten oshis, i have beef with ten 🫡)

the only characters from 18trip who has the same voice actors as UniteUp! characters 🫡 Nayuki & Akira (CV: Toya Kikunosuke) Ten & Maoto (CV: Nakajima Yoshiki)

AND THERE'S ALWAYS THAT BLONDE GUY 😭😭😭

000

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

for sure, nayuki would be happy to be PROTOSTAR's manager. like can't you believe it? he's managing an idol group where the center has the same voice as his and one of the members has the same name as an Ev3ns member (chihiro) 😭😭😭

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

my favorite kiku characters is an idol, an idol manager, and a delinquent 😭

000

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

i give up giving nayuki a song with akira 😭 (i thought it was funny if i did because they share the same seiyuu... i love you toya kikunosuke 🥺)

000

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

self proclaimed Ev3ns and nayuki oshi was unable to give 3/5 of Ev3ns and nayuki a UU song 🫡

Kuguri Domeki - Kimi no Te // AneLa think of S.139 R.2B... “it might be selfish but i want to see you smile again”, “a future where i can never see you again”, “i'll forget to breathe just to stop time”, “i still search for your figure. i know, even if it's in a dream... i want to see you again” 🥲🔫

000

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

Chihiro Natsuyaki - Partition // EVAN kinda like a vent song where the singer is showing their true self to people, wanting to be loved. and there's also this “i'm here, my true self. notice ‘me’ that no one knows about. just forget that me, that beautiful me” 🥲

100

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

Nanaki Nanamegi - I like you so I'll try to not fall in love with // Haruka i think the title says it all btw! and fun fact, gakuto haruka is also a composer like nanaki! cool detail right? 🫡 almost forgot they're both 16 too so... yeah... LET ME HAVE THIS

100

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

Kiroku Kinugawa - good time // Eishiro Nijo “a song about struggling with words to say for someone who's important to you” i guess that enough says a lot about kiroku 🥹 and good time kinda sounds like some sort of lo-fi song (if you ask me) that's about it i guess??? 🤷

100

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

Kafka Oguro - Iino // KIKUNOYU almost gave this to tao bcs look at akira's get up here 😭 but lyrics wise it really fits kafka more for me! it's like liking someone and just by being their side, even if you're /ugly/ and whatever, “it's okay”, as long thay person is happy, everything is okay 🥹

100

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

Renga Nishizono - call // Daiki Takao very much a scratch but then i i remember the song being like “feeling low, walking around aimlessly” and “these words, this voice, this song, will one day become someone's light (inspiration)” and i think that's pre-R1ze and post-R1ze renga 🥺

100

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

Conductors - MAGIC // LEGIT i was trying SO HARD to give the conductors a song with akira just bcs he shares the same seiyuu as nayuki 😭 but in the end, i chose MAGIC where there's no akira 🥲 but oh well, i think it fits? MAGIC is about having a day off once in a while sooooo 🤷

100

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

Ev3ns - JOKER // JAXX/JAXX it's about not knowing who you really are so you're kind of like, wanting to search for it but in the process, you mess it up. if you squint, that's kinda like Ev3ns. also song's vibes! (sadly og sounds odd?? bcs only one of them (orange) is singing)

100

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

Day2 - Dou ni demo nare! // JAXX/JAXX it's lowkey similar sounding to saikyou ni narouze, i think that's one reason why i chose this for them 🥲 but lyrics wise, it fits them since the song is about bonds and “staying together”. there's also /composing/ references that kinda fits nanaki bcs ykkkkk

100

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

18is - ELEVEN // UniteUp! bcs i 💙 18is, i'm including them! ELEVEN is about being together with a group of people and wanting to be with them for as long as where the road takes them. and personally, i just think 18is' voices would match the song 😭 (despite it being originally sang by 11 people)

assigning UniteUp! songs to 18trip units and characters EXCEPT it's still not finished and the choices i did are bad pretty much an active 🧵!

100

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

i gave up eventually because my brain isn't braining today and god forbid having eng tls for every uniteup songs 🥲 sucks being a small fandom (the only good side to that is there isn't those toxic users like [e] fandom and [p] fandom 🤫)

000

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

what's the song about? i guess the title says it already 😆

100

qyx's evil twin @speakxienne.bsky.social · 23/10/2024

i was trying (emphasis on trying) to assign uniteup songs to eitori characters and my first thought was giving “i like you so i'll try to not fall in love with you” to nanaki 💀💀💀
